As we are well and truly into our topic of 'The Tiger Who Came to Tea' I have put some possible home learning ideas for you below. As always, we love to see home learning in school and look forward to seeing all of your hard work! There is also a Science home learning project for you to get stuck in to as well. A letter about this should have been received today.
Imagine if a different animal came to tea. How would they behave? Could you write a story about this?
How would your family react if a tiger wanted to come to tea? Write some speech bubbles that include what they might say.
In the story, the Tiger is described as big, furry and stripy. Can you think of any other words about tigers?

The tiger wasn't very polite when he ate all of Sophie's food. Can you think of some manners that he should need to remember when he visits someone else's house?
