Hello everyone,
Wow! What a fantastic effort everyone in reception showed today for their first assembly! It was brilliant to see so many confident children and as a team, we are very proud! Thank you to all those that came along to watch, I understand there was some confusion about the assembly being on so apologies for that. Thank you for any help at home learning lines etc too. The video that was shown in today's assembly will be available for you to have on disk soon - if you would like a copy. Once again, really big well done! You have all certainly earned you weekend break!

Lights, Camera, Action! That was an amazing performance by the Reception children. What wonderful characters they all are, the movers, the shakers, the confident and the shy, the reluctant and also the cautious. Whatever their persona each one made their captive audience smile, laugh and sigh. Only 8 weeks on and just think by the end of the year it could be 'Strictly!' Thanks also to the Reception team for making our little ones first class assembly so special and all the hard work it must have taken to choreograph the lines and the video. Would love a copy of the video and Imogen is still making her eyes grow twice their size, Brilliant!
