Hello Reception Families
We have had a wonderful day down at Charmouth, hunting for fossils. We spent part of the day on the beach looking for treasure and then we visited the Charmouth Heritage Centre to learn a bit more about fossils. Mr Spracklen made a surprise visit and just as he arrived we started to find fossils (it was a very big coincidence!).
We were able to dip our feet into the water to cool down and we were lucky enough to have an ice-cream too. The children and adults had a wonderful day and there were lots of tired children on the way home - a few just couldn't keep their eyes open!
