This week we have been learning a couple of sounds that have 2 letters in! These get a little trickier for children to learn so we will be using them in lots of different contexts throughout the rest of the year. This weeks sounds are
'z' as in zip - Put arms out at sides and pretend to be a
bee, saying zzzzzz.
'qu' as in quack - Make a duck's beak with your hands and
say qu,
qu,
qu
'sh' as in ship - Place index finger over lips and say shshsh.
