Reception updates - please read and share.

 Good Morning!

Just a reminder that tomorrow is our Royal Banquet to mark the end of our topic! Remember that children are invited to come to school dressed as a character from our topic - Kings, Queens, Prince's, Princesses, Knights, Maidens..................

The banquet is very much "snack/treat" based as they will be having their normal lunch!

Next half term we will be basing our learning around food, gardening and healthy living, so feel free to begin to explore this as a half term home learning project and send in any photos!

Return to school Tuesday 1st March and World Book Day Thursday 3rd March. Friday 4th March we are visiting the Planetarium at school. On Tuesday 8th March we will be visiting the Corn Exchange and the Mars installation. WE WOULD ASK THAT RECEPTION ARE DROPPED OFF AT THE CORN EXCHANGE FOR 9AM. This is advance warning so that you may like to arrange lifts between you. We will be walking back to school afterwards in time for lunch!

Originally, we were due to do our class assembly on Friday the 4th March, however due to the Planetarium we will be moving this date to Friday 18th March.

Many thanks,

Reception Team.
