Hi Reception Families,
I don't really know where to start, what a week it has been!
Thank you to all who came to our class assembly this morning, I think we can agree that the children were absolutely wonderful! I am so proud of them as I am sure you are too!
This is going to be a big post, as promised there are lots more trip photos coming, but let's start with the rest of the week.
We had a brilliant workshop with Deed at the beginning of the week, learning all about the great Sir Mo Farah and all of his achievements.
We have definitely taken advantage of the weather this week and used our knowledge of cars, trains and buses in our play... It has been joyful all week!
We've continued to look after our sunflowers and repotted them this afternoon.
Next half term PE will be on a WEDNESDAY please can children come into school dressed in their PE kits.
We will be learning all about the sea, creatures that live in the sea, local beaches and pirates ARGHH!!!
Children will have transition afternoons on Thursdays throughout June and will spend time with the year 1 team.
It has been an utterly wonderful half term and I am really looking forward to seeing the children after May half term break....
And now what you've all been waiting for! Trip photos!!!
Thank you for all your support this half term.
Ms Evans and the Reception Team.
