We've had a very busy last few weeks so haven't posted much in the way of home learning on here. Apologies. Next week will be our whole school healthy living week so below are a few ideas for some possible home learning.
We are also planning to have a 'Walk to school' week where a chart will be up in the classroom for you to check off when you walk to school. More information to follow.
- Draw and write down your 5-a-day fruit and vegetables.
- Design a new healthy meal for school hot dinners - these can be submitted.
- Make a poster about brushing your teeth.
- Write down all the exercise you do over a few days/the weekend.
- Keep a food diary.
- Measure your heart rate when static and after exercising - write the numbers down.
